All Counselors provide lessons to our students in both small and large groups.  Students may make appointments with their assigned counselor for individual appointments.  The district also provides evening events for both students and parents.  Information regarding past lessons and or presentations can be found below.

Grade 12 - Sept. 6. Senior College Application Night at Plainfield SOUTH high school in the auditorium at 6pm.

Grade 9-12 - Sept.  12. SEL - Your support team at school. 

Grade 9 - Sept. 15. High School transition survey.

Grade 12 - Sept. Senior Presentations in the English classrooms.  Post Secondary Planning & options, the college application process, using Naviance and so on. 

Grades 9 - 12 - Sept. 20. District 202 College Fair at Plainfield NORTH high school from 6pm to 8pm.

Grade 12 - Sept. 20. Financial Aid workshops at Plainfield NORTH high school.  Presentations in English at 6pm and 7:15pm.  In Spanish at 6:30pm.

Wilco Students - Sept. 21. Wilco Open House\Curriculum Night at the Wilco Campus, 500 Wilco Blvd, Romeoville, Time: 6pm to 8pm.

Grade 11 - Sept. 25 - 29. Junior presentations in the English classrooms. Testing information, College Research and tools for post secondary planning.

Grade 12 - Oct. 3. Financial Aid Presentation at Plainfield East High School 5:30pm to 6:15pm

Grade 12 - Oct. 4. National Hispanic College Fair field trip hosted at Aurora University.

Grade 11 & 12, Oct. 18.  JJC College Fair on the main JJC campus.  6pm to 8pm.

Grades 10 - 12, Nov 15. ASVAB test at PSHS
