The qualifications that all students must meet are: Will County resident between the ages of 18-24 and have earned their high school diploma or equivalency. They must also have some form of barrier(s) to employment such as: documented disability (IEP in high school), foster child or ward of the state, parent, currently involved with the youth justice system (parole or probation) and/or receiving food stamps.
